Horror game application developed using UNITY
This game application project is a horror/thriller game about a person with schizophrenia experiencing hallucination that leads him to a journey of bad nightmare.
Controls
The controls settings of the game to be followed so that the player can play handily the entire game. Pressing the back button will lead to the main menu.
PLAY BUTTON
Pressing the play button, the game will start at the moment. Placing the mouse cursor over it will change its text color to color dark red.
QUIT BUTTON
Clicking the quit button, the game will immediately close from execution. Placing the mouse cursor over it will also change its text color to color dark red.
PILL COUNT
Displays the number of collected pills. The player must collect 5 pills to accomplish every level of the game. The pill is color orange.
KEY COUNT
Displays the number of key in the game. There is only 1 key will be collected every scene phase throughout the game.
BATTERY LIFE
Shows the number and life of the battery in the game. The battery bar will disappear every 1-2 minutes for every time the flashlight is turned on. For the entire walkthrough you can collect a lot of battery that can be used for creating light for visibility of the objects.
KEY CABINET COUNT
Displays the number of key cabinet. The key cabinet can only be found in the final level of the game.
GAME PHASE
Scene 1 - The Asylum
This is the first stage of the game.
The word asylum itself described as an inviolable place of refuge and protection where people who are mentally ill are cared. In short word, it is a mental hospital. The place is made of no 2nd floor and 34 patient rooms at the ground floor but only 15 are open-available to go inside. The scene is about a person being stuck inside a dark asylum where he needs to find 5 pills and a key to escape the place and proceed to the next level of the game. The player will encounter a monster called “Wither” which is 6 feet tall wearing dark brown pants and his left eye glows a little in the dark. It is necessary in the game to find a battery to able to use the flashlight for a long period of time and to survive
Scene 2 - The Forest
The forest is a place inhabited of different species like animals, trees and etc. but in this scene, the forest is definitely dark damp and dead. The trees looked like charcoal in the darkness of the night and the moonlight glistening along the forest floor with patterns made by the towering trees. As the continuation, the player needs to find 5 pills and a key to open a gate and move forward to the next level of the game. The gamer will encounter an opponent called “Nameless” which is physically big with a hole in his forehead, and his eyes are color orange-yellow that glows in the dark. The player may discover things like wagon, boxes and old truck around the place and probably there is a chance of getting lost in searching for pills and batteries because the forest is widely very dark.
Scene 3 - The Home
This is the third stage of the game.
Home is a place where an individual or a family lives permanently but in this scene, the dark shadows are lurking in the still air, along with a faint smell of death hanging in the chilling darkness of the night. No one is living inside except for a monster called “Tyrant”. He is a huge skinless enemy with big arms. He has no eyes and 6 ft. tall. To accomplish this game, the player needs to collect 5 pills around the house. He/she can go upstairs and come inside to different rooms to search for the possible place of pills. This stage is a difficult level because once you get caught by the monster, the game will be over.

Pressing the escape [Esc] button will pause the game and show graphics options.
