LYTZ-WIL ENTERPRISE ORDER AND PURCHASE SYSTEM WITH INVENTORY

An order and purchase system developed using JAVA and MySQL

This software system is an Order and Purchase Order with Inventory for Lytz-Wil enterprise, a distributor and manufacturer of janitorial supplies, janitorial chemicals and cleaning products. It is designed to maximize the enterprise’s productivity by providing tools to assist in automating the purchasing and ordering of products from customers, purchasing supplies from the suppliers and tracking and managing the product inventory of the Lytz-Wil enterprise, which would otherwise have to be performed manually.
The system integrates the purchase order system to be linked to the product inventory and shipping, providing up-to-date information about availability and preventing inventory shortages. The system will also manage incoming and pending orders from inventory and shipping management to invoicing.
On the backend is a relational database containing a list of customers, shipping managements, products and suppliers.
